• Pre-paid treatments have an expiry date from the date of purchase (Depends on the promotion). Expired prepaid treatments are not refundable.

• We may refund and provide goods and services within a reasonable time where required in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 and any other relevant laws.

• We do not refund for change of mind.
